ATTENTION regarding Anniversary wintersuit: The white umbrellas that turn yellow when wet, will remain yellow over time as the white layer wears off. Winter snow overall with Thermolite insulation, waterproof shell fabric / waterproofness 8000mm and with welded seams. Lined with micro checked cotton in upper body and nylon for easy put on in legs. Detachable hood, fleece lined pockets for comfort, elastic at back for fit, elastic cuffs at hands and feet, adjustable and removable elastic under feet. Easy to wipe & clean. Even though our wintersuits have a water column pressure of 8,000 mm (in order to call something waterproof it must have a water column pressure of at least 2,000 mm) and have taped or welded seams, water will ALWAYS be able to find its way and penetrate, e.g. zippers, elastics, cuffs, in a hood or other opening – unfortunately this is unavoidable on all wintersuits and especially in heavy rain/snow or playing with water. Our PU wintersuit is warm, soft and waterproof with welded seams. It is suitable for playing in water, rain and snow. The PU coating, which is on the surface, can be scratched and get holes if rubbed against sand & stones (hard surfaces) or it get ripped by branches or sharp objects.
